It does not say anything about which foods to eat, but rather when you should eat them. But also no food is allowed during the fasting period, but you can drink water, coffee, tea, and other non-caloric beverages. This helps an individual balance what they’ve been taking during that time.

Taking Veggies Should Be Part of Your Habit

Veggies are heavens. There’s not even a single report that a person who eats a lot of veggies gets fat or dies because veggies always rejoice, in the body and keep it alive.

Take more vegetable juices, fruits juiced especially in the morning hours and during the evening time.

Veggies not only make you lose weight but also helps you look healthier, young, and happy.


Practice Meditation

Research has shown that some people get fat not because of what they eat but sometimes it’s because of how stressed and depressed they are.

If a person is in that situation the body removes attention to what is taken inside but through meditation, we can always learn to calm our mind and body and be present during our mealtime.

You can’t believe this but myself, if I am stressed, my skin got lots of pimples, especially on my face, which isn’t really related to weight gain, but it somehow shows how stress or depression can easily affect our body appearance.

Yoga practices make our body fit and straighten our mind and soul in a too in-harmonious way.

Regular Yoga practices help an individual relax and detoxify all unnecessary calories inside their bodies.

Always be watchful with what you’re taking inside your body. Avoid heavy meals especially during morning hours and before bed.

Try out some fresh kinds of stuff and sometimes say NO! to processing or sugary food.

Build a new habit of taking lightly drinks, fruits, and foods like hot water, smoothies, homemade juices without sugar.
