Personal growth is more of wanting to grow yourself in all aspects of your life — others call it 360 and I found it beautiful.

It has nothing to do only with your career or what you do only with your job. It’s more of giving your life balance and balancing the 3 parts of your being — the mind, body, and soul.

Personal growth is not only about reading and leaving the books as they are. But it’s all about doing the books and practicing that which works for you diligently.

It’s not only about being confident on the outside while you aren’t reflecting that which is inside of you. It’s to fully trust yourself from within and trusting your own nature.

It has nothing to do with knowing information and knowledge only but it’s about putting information and knowledge into practice and letting your inner being bring wisdom into aliveness to live with you.

So, when immersing yourself in personal growth, don’t forget to;-

1. Re-program your mind. Remove that which doesn’t support you.

2. Reposition yourself into change. Allow yourself to grow.

3. Retain your mind with positive information and information that always uplift you or puts you in a good state.

4. Work on yourself continuously. Personal growth is not a one-day thing.

5. Learn to deal with personal problems. As many of what we call problems are mind-created problems that emerged from life circumstances or situations. Wanting to be there or focusing on our past — resisting what is.

Solution: Take responsibility or let go. In the end, one must.

6. Turn information and knowledge into Wisdom.
