I know we all have something we really want to accomplish in this life… sometimes we call them goals, dreams, or inner desires.
Whatever your dreams, goals, or deepest desires are… big or small, good or bad — you are the only person who is responsible to make things happen into reality.
Doing that you should also know that living that which you wish to live it’s possible. But how can you (we) bring out the possibility into existence? It is by being out of our mind and be able to do the 7ths.
Do the 7ths
1. Change Your Mindset Beliefs.
Understand that nothing is really bad or good except how your mind perspectives define it. Learn to see things in a different way. “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change too.” — Dr. Wayne Dyer
2. Cut — off Procrastination.
If you keep thinking of doing it tomorrow, just understand this, tomorrow will never come and yesterday it already passed. We only have this moment — today. If it’s a push-up, just get up and do it right now :)
3. Live Without Permission.
Are you still waiting for permission to do something? Or are you still waiting for approval to keep doing something? Put this in you remind “What others think of you should be none of your business”. Do what is possible for you. Do what is right for you and don’t wait for anyone’s permission either approval.
And sometimes what you think of yourself (negatively) or what your mind is telling you (that you cannot do), should be none of your business too.
4. Cut — out Excuses, Complaints, Blames, and Take 100% Responsibility for Your Life.
When you take responsibility it means that you are in control of your own life. You are the master. Isn’t it beautiful to be in control? 😊
If you don't learn to be responsible for your life, I am telling you that people will delude you and decide for you. They will plan for you and tell you what time to wake up or sleep, what to wear or not to, how much you should spend even who to be with, in your life or not to — it simply means that you’ll be a SLAVE to someone’s but also to your mind, emotions, and feelings.
5. Work on Yourself Continuously.
Get better. Get stronger. Get wiser. Every single day. Feed your mind, body, and soul and live a balanced life. You deserve better. But to be better you must become better first and that can be done by working on yourself continuously.
6. Believe in Yourself Continuously.
Nothing will ever manifest in your life if you don’t believe in yourself. And for others to do the same, it has to start right away with you first. What others see from you on the outside, its what’s inside you.
7. Do What You Say You Will Do.
If you say I will do something, then do it. Put things into action. Don’t just talk or plan. If you don’t take your word seriously, you lose credibility — to yourself and to others too. No one will ever trust you, even your own self. ☹️
