Empower Assessment Team on the move

We spent a week at the NMB Academy supporting the HR division with the final selection for their exciting new graduate program. We successfully completed five days of intense assessments and interviewed over 100 bright and competitive graduates. The Team analysed and disseminated the data and presented this in the form of a comprehensive report to the NMB Tanzania Senior Leadership Team.
