This two-year programme offers an immersive, experiential learning journey aligned with the Bank's strategic vision of championing socio-economic prosperity across Africa. Through structured rotations, leadership development, innovation challenges, and robust mentoring, the programme fosters a culture of ownership, agility, and growth for both the individual and the organization

Education and Qualifications

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3.5 GPA or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Must be a Graduate Student of 2023 – 2025 from a reputable accredited Higher Learning Institution
• Graduates from diverse academic backgrounds including Finance, Business, Economics, IT, Data Science, HR, Marketing, and Law are encouraged to apply.

Characteristics

• Demonstrate strong mastery of skills of the future, include Data analytics, Process automation, Data Science, Sustainability, Change Management, Digital and technical proficiency.
• Ability to deal with complexity through problem solving, resilience, flexibility and adaptation, workforce reskilling and workforce transformation, leadership, social influence and must also possess the human skills by demonstrating resilience, agility, and willingness to learn and grow.
• Demonstrate Equity Bank’s values and is passionate about driving socio-economic change.
