Summary
The Graduate Trainee collaborates with team members in achieving both internal and external tasks as part of the process in gaining working knowledge and develop career‐specific skills appropriate for the Trainee career growth path. The Graduate Trainee is expected to provide a professional level support to assigned task and assist with all projects
Responsibilities
- Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customers, business and culture
- Performs tasks related to the specific department assigned
- Develop independent work plans against both individual's professional objectives and departmental objectives
- Assists in coordination, implementation and achievement of projects, policies or procedures in the department assigned
- Perform all administrative and technical tasks in the department
- Prepares reports as needed
Education and Qualifications
- 2020 to current University Graduate in any field
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Creativity and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong task and time management skills
