It is important to connect with others but they should not control and take your time to do important tasks. Social media are addictive as drugs and so it is essential to have a proper time to visit your social media and not every time. It is not advisable to check your notification early in the morning as it can affect your whole mood of the day. Productivity at your workplace or business is greatly affected by your use of social media. Productivity tends to be low if your precious time is used on Instagram pages or Whatsapp statuses.
