Parts Salesman - Winpart
Summary
Parts Salesman will be responsible for selling spare parts available in stock, increase sales volume as per sales targets, and customer visit. Assesses needs, takes orders, deliver spare parts to customer, maintain customer relationship, and perform other tasks assigned by superior.
Responsibilities
- Develops new prospects and interact with customers to increase sales of products and services
- Evaluate customer needs and makes product recommendations
- Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate customer information.
- Meets established WinPart sales goals • Ensuring Customer Service targets and commitments are met
- Obtains WinPart manager's approval for any special pricing
- To maintain good customer contacts, both over the telephone and by means of regular visits and thereby enhance customer satisfaction
- Implement all strategies that can promote and improve business performance for all WinPart operation
- Promote and maintain corporate relationships through networking with customers in the business for WinPart
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business – sales and marketing or any related field
Requirements
- 3 Years of experience in parts sales preferred
- Fluent in English & Kiswahili both spoken and written
- Great customer service skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal communication skills required
- Ability to work as part of a team
