Sales and Marketing Manager
Summary
The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the sales strategy, managing day-to-day marketing initiatives, and ensuring effective customer engagement to support business growth. This role plays a crucial part in achieving revenue targets, improving brand visibility, and leading the sales and marketing team to operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:

Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing plans in line with company goals.

Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to inform tactics and identify business opportunities.

Support budget preparation and control marketing and sales-related expenditure
Sales Management:

Lead the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Identify and pursue new business development opportunities.

Propose and implement incentive schemes to motivate the sales force.

Track and report on sales performance, KPIs, and customer acquisition metrics.

Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
Marketing Operations:

Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.

Manage the marketing team in creating compelling marketing collateral, content, and messaging to support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor marketing ROI and effectiveness, and adjust strategies and tactics as needed to optimize results.
Customer & Market Engagement:

Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and client meetings.

Deliver presentations on products and services to clients and partners.

Support customer relationship management efforts for retention and satisfaction.
Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and service teams to ensure alignment.

Manage, train, and support sales and marketing team members.

Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration or any other related field
Requirements

Minimum of 6 years’ experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
