The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote the company, its brand, product, and services and generate leads using the company’s digital channels


  • Manage and maintain digital marketing function
  • Develop and implement Digital media strategy.
  • Administer social media channels and website site
  • Optimize user experience to improve the user-rating feedback and user feedback on ease of use of the website
  • Maintain social media presence.
  • Create and execute Digital Marketing campaigns.
  • Social media and website content creation and optimization.
  • Engaging social media audience
  • Research on digital trends and insights and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance digital marketing performance.
  • Measure, analyze and report performance of all digital marketing platforms and activities.
  • Any other relevant duties that may be assigned.

Education and Qualifications

  • A minimum of Bachelors / Diploma in Communication/, Marketing, Information Technology, or relevant field.
  • Computer proficiency
  • Proficiency skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere
  • Qualification in Digital Marketing an added advantage
  • Experience in maintaining CMS including using WordPress


  • Proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to develop digital marketing strategies.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google, Analytics etc.)
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • In-depth knowledge and use of various social media platforms and website
  • The ability to use social media to maintain or build a brand
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Skills in learning social media trends, identifying new social media tools and finding real-time online conversations are necessary for this position
  • Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills
