Assistant IT Manager
Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant IT Manager with focus in ensuring operation of local infrastructure services, control local in infrastructure operations and act as escalation manager to Regional or Central IT in case of business official incidents.
Responsibilities
- Manage local infrastructure
- Support local applications
- Respond to tickets as dispatched by the service desk
- Support the roll-out of new services, tools or standards, in close collaboration with Central IT
- Training and communication
- Ensure the user community is aware of events, etc
- Provide training on IT infrastructure services and tools
- Enable knowledge sharing
- Regular remote site check it
- Ensure compliance with group standards and license agreements
- Manage local stock of equipment and issue/return disposal
- Participate and support in negotiation in close corporation with local/regional/global purchaser
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology
Requirements
- ITIL Service Mgt
- Experience in controlling and monitoring the service
- Extensive expertise related to IT service delivery
