Summary
Maintain and optimize 2G/3G/4G/5G network performance, analyze network quality and drive optimization initiatives, implement and validate new company's features, verify network enhancements, and improve customer experience through performance and crowd-testing optimization.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the KPIs of 2G/3G/4G/5G networks in the NPM project.
- Improve the basic network quality (SINR) and provide a reasonable optimization solution based on DT logs.
- Implement and verify 2G/3G/4G/5G features.
- Verify new functions and features.
- Optimize P3 crowdtesting.
Education and Qualifications
Professional Knowledge
- 4G/5G collaborative optimization
- Strong communication and promotion capabilities
- Experience in 4G/5G wireless optimization of company's devices, and proficiency in using PHU, U2020, QGIS, and Excel.
Business Skill
