Summary
The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for various tasks essential to land assessment and project execution. This role involves conducting topographic surveys, land levelling , and taking precise measurements. The information gathered will be critical for ensuring the accurate execution of construction and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform topographic surveys to map out terrain and land features.
- Conduct land leveling and grading based on project specifications.
- Take and record precise measurements of land areas, elevations, and distances.
- Operate surveying instruments and equipment to collect accurate data.
- Prepare and interpret topographic maps, drawings, and reports.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure the accuracy of topographic data for project planning and execution.
- Maintain equipment and tools in proper working condition.
Education and Qualifications

Experience Minimum of two (02) years in similar positions.

High school education, topography course or experience in the role.

Strong knowledge of topographic techniques and principles.
- Proficiency in understanding and creating topographic drawings.
- Solid computer skills, particularly in a Windows environment.
- Fluency in the official language of the country where the work will be performed.
