Summary

Control and ensure the adoption of resources and inputs for support the organisation in the productive and administrative process through the management of the activities of the procurement and logistics process, following the company's instructions and processes for the acquisition of materials. Responsibilities

  • Control and ensure the adoption of resources and inputs needed to support the organisation's productive and administrative processes.
  • Manage procurement and logistics activities in alignment with the company's instructions and procedures.
  • Oversee the acquisition of materials required by the organisation.
  • Ensure proper implementation of procurement processes and compliance with internal policies.
  • Support administrative functions related to the supply of goods and services.
  • Handle supplier relationship management, including maintaining a supplier/customer portfolio.
  • Contribute to logistics planning and procurement logistics activities related to construction works.

Education and Qualifications

  • High school or higher education in Administration, Engineering or related areas
  • Knowledge in procurement logistics.
  • Computer knowledge in the office package (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Knowledge in purchasing items of construction works construction.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, English and Swahili.

Requirements

  • Experience Minimum of three (03) years in the position
