Education and Qualifications

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable, accredited higher learning institution (2022 – 2024 graduates preferred).

• Less than 2 years of working experience.
• Must possess a minimum of 3.0 GPA or equivalent
• Must be a Tanzanian
• Maximum age 26 years old.

General Innovation Track Criteria

1. Tech-Savvy & Curious

• Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies, digital solutions, or tech-driven innovations (e.g., through coursework, projects, or extracurricular activities).
• Willingness to learn new tools and platforms quickly in a fast-paced innovation environment.

2. Creative Problem-Solving & Design Thinking

• Evidence of using design thinking or creative problem-solving approaches (e.g., hackathons, innovation challenges, academic projects).
• Ability to break down complex problems and propose user-centric solutions.

3. Collaboration & Adaptability

• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration, embracing an agile mindset.

4. Passion for Continuous Learning

• Eagerness to stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and technology advancements.

• Basic familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
