Summary

The role of a Field Sales Executive is involved to drive motorbike sales at partner dealership locations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a proactive sales mindset, and a passion for customer engagement. It also involves confident communicators, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

 

  • Engage walk-in customers at dealership locations and introduce motorbike products.

  • Build strong rapport with potential customers to understand their needs.

  • Demonstrate product features and support customers through the sales journey.

  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including new releases and features.

  • Assist in meeting dealership sales targets and provide daily sales activity reports.

  • Represent the dealership professionally in all customer interactions.

  • Collect customer feedback to improve services and product offerings

 

Education and Qualifications

  • Sales or customer service experience at least 1 year preferred.

     

  • Basic proficiency in Kiswahili and English.

  • Willingness to work at various dealership locations across Tanzania.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to training and product updates.

  • Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Requirements

 

  • Previous experience in general sales or customer service roles.

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills.

  • Self-driven with excellent time management and organizational abilities.

  • Energetic, friendly, and passionate about helping people and achieving sales.

  • Familiarity with the motorbike industry is an added advantage.
