Summary

We are seeking a highly capable ERP implementation consultant to successfully and timely deploy an ERP solution (Syspro) at our company in Tanzania. Your core responsibility is to ensure a smooth implementation process from start to finish using the existing infrastructure.

You will be consulting with different levels of management, process mapping, and gaining a thorough understanding of financial and logistical processes, to develop and implement Syspro.

You are expected to demonstrate extensive knowledge of system integration and the ability to document financial, commercial, and logistical processes in an ERP, to ensure all the factors identified are considered during implementation, and to take precautions against other pitfalls that may occur during execution

Responsibilities

• Deploying Syspro and ensuring a seamless system integration
• Participating in all implementation steps as assigned
• Acting as the first point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, and be the link between Syspro, the implementation team and the company’s endusers
• Consulting at different levels of management to collect all relevant data for implementation and coordinate the needs of each of the company’s division
• Running diagnostic tests and resolving issues to enhance performance and improve user experiences
• Leading process reviews and application configuration discussions with Syspro
• Providing end-user training and technical support together with Syspro
• Documenting processes and preparing deployment progress updates to management
• Complying with industry regulations

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in a computer-related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology

Requirements

• Work experience in Business Administration, Accounting, or Logistics
• Implementation accreditations for enterprise/financial management/ERP/RP/ Accounting software or similar
• Consultancy background is a plus
• Extensive knowledge of business processes, ERP development tools, and coding languages
• Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills (both verbal and in writing), to be able to get complex ideas across in an easy-tounderstand fashion to various stakeholders
• Superb problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience working with and abilities to apply agile methodology
• Readiness to learn new programs as they are introduced and incorporated
• Be on call to handle any issues with the Syspro software
