Summary

The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for driving B2B sales and building long-term relationships with corporate clients. This role demands a goal-oriented professional with a strong background in high-value deal-making, account management, and business development. 

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, approach, and secure new corporate clients through proactive lead generation and networking strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and growth
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and present customized travel solutions aligned with client goals
  • Develop and deliver persuasive proposals and sales presentations to decision-makers

Account Management

  • Manage a portfolio of key corporate accounts with a focus on client satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of services by coordinating with internal operations teams
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth ongoing relationships

Target Achievement

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM tools
  • Provide market feedback and insights to support business strategy and service development

Client Engagement & Representation

  • Represent the company at corporate events, client meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows
  • Foster long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in various industries
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in corporate/B2B sales, preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality
  • Strong command of English with a clear, professional accent
  • Demonstrated ability to close high-value sales deals and manage complex client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly customer-focused with a solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
