Summary

The After-Sales Quality Technician will be responsible for testing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining lithium battery packs while providing on-site after-sales support to customers. The role involves technical troubleshooting, data recording, logistics tracking, and routine inspections to ensure product performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

 

  • Conduct testing, fault diagnosis, disassembly, and maintenance of lithium battery packs.
  • Perform basic and advanced testing using tools such as multimeters, internal resistance testers, insulation testers, and computer-based systems.
  • Replace defective components and carry out necessary repairs.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, fault reports, and service logs to ensure traceability.
  • Support incoming inspection of battery packs and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Provide on-site after-sales technical support to customers across various locations.
  • Monitor and update logistics status of customer goods in a timely manner.
  • Conduct routine inspections at customer base stations.
  • Deliver comprehensive after-sales services and technical support.

 

Education and Qualifications

 

  • College diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic English communication skills preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer and mobile office applications.

 

Requirements

 

  • Basic knowledge of electronics, electrical systems, or automotive repair.
  • Experience in lithium batteries, energy storage systems, or electric vehicle battery repair is an added advantage.
