Trainee Programme
Summary
The Trainee Programme is aimed at giving a ‘Strong Start’ to young, energetic, fresh graduates from Tanzania who wishes to enhance their acquired knowledge and experience with the Company. The process will involve fresh graduates who have graduate for at least last one year in different fields.
Responsibilities
This Trainee Program will involve two different categories:
- Graduates in Trainings – Only those who have Bachelor's Degree qualification in the field of Finance, Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Procurement and Supplies.
- Technician In Training – Only those with diploma level qualifications – in Electrical Diploma, Mechanical Diploma, Chemical and processing Diploma.
All trainees will be rotating in all departments in the first months before settling in their respective departments and perform different functions within their departments.
Total Trainees Required
- Graduates = 4
- Technicians = 8
