Location:
Mozambique - frequent travels across the country and global learning programs

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 10-month rotational program across different business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and support business growth.
• Engage in continuous learning and development through training sessions , self paced learning and leadership mentoring.

Education and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field from a recognized institution

Requirements

• Must be a Graduate Student of 2023 – 2025 from a reputable accredited Higher Learning Institution.
• Internship experience is an added advantage.
• Maximum of 2 years of full-time experience allowed.
