Summary

Our Graduate Trainee Program is a structured, two-year initiative designed to equip recent graduates with the skills, knowledge, and experience required to become future leaders in our organization.

Programme Objective

The primary goal of this program is to identify and nurture high-potential graduates by providing them with hands-on experience across various departments, enabling them to develop a deep understanding of our business operations and culture. This is achieved by putting the trainees through an intensive cross functional training programme before their first role, where they will gain insight into every aspect of the business.

Responsibilities

Over a period of 24 months, Graduate Trainees will be provided with on-the-job rotations across all functions in order to prepare them to assume higher responsibilities in the Bank.

Education and Qualifications

• Must be a Graduate Student of 2023 – 2025 from a reputable accredited Higher Learning Institution.
• Must possess a minimum of 3.5 GPA or equivalent
• Must have Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Data, or other related fields (preferred)
• Female Graduates are highly encouraged to apply
