The IT Projects Manager will oversee all IT Project related matters

Responsibilities

• Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and
• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities

• Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data

• Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating
• Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

Education and Qualifications

• BSc/Master's(preferred) degree in Project Management or related technical field required
• Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition (preferred)

Requirements

• 2-5years Project management experience in a Telecoms/Fintech/Finance/IT company
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
• Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department
