A key Sales & Distribution role focused on managing sales agents, reaching sales targets and customer service.

Responsibilities

 

  • Offer highly strategic & tactical leadership as Sales Manager for the business of distribution and system provider
  • Cement healthy relations with clients in all key sectors
  • Provided support to the sales agent team to improve business growth to achieve the company's sales target
  • Keep an eye on identifying the corporate projects
  • Achieve revenue budgets, managed preparation and implementation of annual operational plans
  • Fuel new customer acquisition by implementing new customers to the company’s and accelerating the revenue growth & improved market position of the company

 

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Requirements

  • Successful previous experience as a Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
