Responsibilities
- Offer highly strategic & tactical leadership as Sales Manager for the business of distribution and system provider
- Cement healthy relations with clients in all key sectors
- Provided support to the sales agent team to improve business growth to achieve the company's sales target
- Keep an eye on identifying the corporate projects
- Achieve revenue budgets, managed preparation and implementation of annual operational plans
- Fuel new customer acquisition by implementing new customers to the company’s and accelerating the revenue growth & improved market position of the company
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Requirements
- Successful previous experience as a Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
