Operations Manager
Summary
The Operations Manager oversees all administrative and operational activities in an urban beverage distribution environment. the role requires strong leadership to manage revenue, costs, cash flow, and ensure the achievement of performance indicators. The Operations Manager is responsible for motivating and developing teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining positive client relationships. This position requires a balance between operational efficiency and adherence to company and client standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative and operational activities associated with urban beverage distribution.
- Oversee People & Management routines, including training, development, engagement, and safety processes in alignment with the People Cycle.
- Demonstrate professional behavior that reflects the values and goals of the company.
- Manage financial aspects of operations, including revenue, costs, and cash flow.
- Ensure the achievement of operational and administrative performance indicators for the unit.
- Motivate, train, and develop both administrative and operational teams to meet performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and maintain safe working conditions for all team members.
- Maintain and manage the company's assets, including vehicles, equipment, and resources, to ensure their conservation and effective use.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and their customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet the needs of both the company and its clients.
- Strictly comply with all company and client procedures, standards, and specifications.
- Ensure the correct use of uniforms and protective equipment provided by the company.
- Commit to achieving operational goals in collaboration with the client, DPO/VPO, and the Excellence Program.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a distribution or logistics environment.
- Proven experience managing operational teams and handling financial operations (revenue, costs, cash flow).
- Strong knowledge of compliance and safety regulations relevant to operational environments.
