Human Resources Executive
Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Human Resources Executive to join our clients team! As a Human Resources Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our HR initiatives and ensuring a positive work environment for our employees.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on a variety of topics like contracts, licenses, NDAs, regulatory frameworks, labour laws etc
- Perform legal audits
- Coordinate the support we receive from external legal service providers
- Prepare and review workplace policies and procedures
- Develop a strategy to attract and retain good talents
- Coordinate a clear onboarding process
- Promote high ethical standards in the company
- Manage payroll and statutory payments procedures
- Create programs which can increase awareness of physical and mental health
- Encourage commitment to safe work practices, and safety culture generally
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management / Law / Employee Well-being / Business Administration or related field
Requirements
- Passionate about the well-being of people, human behaviour and supportive leadership Structured and attention to detail
- Able to take initiative and work independently
- Very fluent in Swahili and English
- Optimistic team player
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR & Legal field
