Head of Finance (5 Months)
Summary
We are looking for Head of Finance to lead the business to deliver its business plan and maintain a robust control environment as per the overall vision and company strategy
Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure

Develop, implement and maintain Accounting and Administrative policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities including financial accounting and reporting and other corporate policies in compliance with GAAP & IFRS.

Coordinate, analyze and report the financial performance to Management and Board of Directors (financial performance, projections and other special projects as required)

Establish and maintain a robust controls environment providing mitigation and minimization of risks of error and fraud in the books of the company

Oversee audit and tax functions, coordinate activities with outside audit firms and review the company’s performance

Be a positive change champion for the organisation identifying key impact areas and priorities and supporting change programmes and strategies
