The role requires a candidates who will ensure the business achieves its business growth objectives based on the budget, ensure effective and efficient management of the organizations financial and non-financial resources always being mindful of the need to increase revenues and be as cost efficient as possible.
- To ensure all employees adhere to the company policies, processes and procedures
- Oversee performance management and motivation of all staff with an aim to build a performance-oriented team with a strong value driven culture.
- Provides leadership and effective communication to management, employees and other stakeholder.
- To pro-actively create a Culture of Customer Satisfaction by always monitoring Customer issues and ensuring these issues are resolved in accordance with the SLAs agreed upon with Customers.
- Provide inspiration and up hold company core values, mentorship and motivation to all the staff always setting the best example of discipline, order and excellence for the staff to aspire to.
- Manages the company day-to-day operations, assesses risk and safety issues to ensure safe and efficient management of Company’s assets.
- Analyses maintenance costs and provides recommendations on utilization and replacement.
- Provides input to management for establishing appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the department, and is responsible for analyzing and measuring the department’s performance

Education and Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance,Business Administration or equivalent
- Ability to be flexible and work under-pressure
- At least 3 years experience in a General Management role or in a similar role.
- Strong Inter-personal skills with ability to develop, inspire and motivate individuals and teams to meet set objectives.
- Process oriented, structured with attention to detail, get it done attitude and a strong desire for significantly grow in his/her career.
