Empower: Youth Facilitator

Generation Empower is a dynamic program that bridges the gap between academic learning and real-world skills, equipping young people with the tools they need to thrive in today’s competitive job market. We focus on developing 21st-century skills that foster leadership, innovation, and problem-solving among young professionals. Our program brings together talented graduates and experienced facilitators to create a learning environment that drives impact and transformation.
As we prepare to launch Cohort 5, we are looking for passionate, experienced facilitators to join our team and guide GenEmers on their journey to becoming the next generation of leaders.
Responsibilities
- Facilitation of Training Sessions: Lead interactive training sessions, workshops, and discussions based on Generation Empower’s curriculum and learning modules.
- Mentorship and Guidance: Provide one-on-one and group mentorship to participants, guiding them in their professional development and skill-building.
- Curriculum Delivery: Ensure the content is delivered effectively, adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse learning styles of participants.
- Engagement Activities: Facilitate group activities, case studies, and problem-solving exercises that encourage critical thinking and collaboration.
- Feedback and Evaluation: Offer constructive feedback on participant assignments, presentations, and projects, helping them improve their performance.
- Participant Progress Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the progress of participants, ensuring they meet learning objectives.
- Collaboration with Program Team: Work closely with the program management team to align facilitation with the overall goals of Generation Empower.
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in facilitation, teaching, or coaching, particularly with youth or professionals. Experience with leadership or skills development programs is highly desirable.
