Summary

To manage the provision Human Resource, Insurance, Legal and Administrative support services in order to facilitate efficient operations of the Company.

Responsibilities

  • Board Secretariat: Undertakes effectively the provision of board secretariat services in order to ensure smooth conduct of business. 
  • Human Resources Management: Manages effectively the human resource function in order to ensure proper utilization of human resource in meeting company objectives.
  • Training and Development: Manages effectively the planning and implementation of staff training and development in order to optimize utilization of human resource.
  • Support services: Manages timely the provision of administrative services in order to facilitate efficient and effective operations.
  • Security: Manages effectively provision of security service in order to ensure the safety of employees and company property.
  • Policies: Coordinates regular formulation, review and implementation of HR and Administration policies in order to promote a healthy workforce.
  • Staff wellness: Ensures the development and implementation of staff wellness programmes in order to promote a healthy workforce.
  • Insurance: Manages effectively the provision of life assurance for employees and insurance of company property in order to safeguard employee benefits and property.
  • Legal: Ensures effectively the provision of legal services in order to safequard the interest of the company.
  • Performance management: Undertakes the implementation of performance management systems in order to monitor and evaluate performance and develop remedial measures.
  • Management: Manages effectively human and material resources in order to facilitate achievement of set objectives.

 

Education and Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources/law or equivalent membership with relevant professional body.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years experience with at least 4 years in managerial level.
