Customer Service Representative
Summary
A customer service representative is a person that delivers consistently good customer service that requires work and alignment across our entire organization, a result driven individual who is mindful of being supportive and patient with handling customer frustrations and attentive to receiving feedback. This customer service representative will act as a voice for the company to their customers.
Responsibilities

Prepare and keep the office tidy, especially the entrance area.

Telephone service, processing of incoming and outgoing mail in electronic and paper
form.

Dealing with the filing for the property manager, if requested

Accepting customer inquiries and entering them properly into the ticket system
Education and Qualifications
-
Familiar with professional cleaning equipment and well developed knowledge about the different purposes of different cleaning tools and chemicals.

Language Skills; Ability to read, analyze, and interpret information, work-flow plans and reports.

Ability to write properly and perform basic mathematical calculations, such as calculating quantities, times, prices.

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from supervisors.

Ability to effectively present information to the supervisor.

Ability to communicate with owners and tenants and forward information completely, in time and reliably to the supervisor.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years and one year of professional experience in professional cleaning
