Position Summary:
The CEO will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, culture, and operational excellence of the company during its transition from a traditional insurance model to a digital-first approach. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of both the insurance industry and digital transformation strategies.

- Market Positioning:
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the digital insurance space.

Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles within the insurance or financial services sectors
- Proven experience as a CEO or in other managerial positions within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation strategies and technologies, particularly in the insurance sector.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and foster a culture of innovation.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
