Responsible to oversee Bank's Business Performance.


  • Assist in the coordination of strategic and operational activities within the organization including project support, coordination, collation of information, reporting and data analysis
  • Provide support and assistance to the organization in the ongoing reporting and development of network reporting, executive and board dashboard key performance indicator and operational reporting requirements
  • Manage the Business Performance team, overseeing team objectives and the delivery of business performance solutions.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders, vendors and services providers as required to ensure the efficient delivery and maintenance of business performance solutions.
  • Provide support to the Managing Director in achieving the organizational Strategic Plan including reviewing performance against the strategic objectives and tracking of the organization’s work plan by division.
  • Assist with budget monitoring and expenditure including preparation of reports to the Group Executive and Board.
  • Establish and maintain communication links/processes/systems with relevant personnel with EXCO in a professional manner.
  • Other duties consistent with the role where required and/or requested by the Managing Director from time to time.

Education and Qualifications

  • A minimum of bachelor’s degree in business studies including Business Administration, banking and finance, accountancy, financial management and any other related field.
  • A master’s degree and/or Certification by professional bodies are an added advantage.


  • At least 3 years working experience in business performance management and or project planning and management
  • Degree level qualifications in business and/or project management or a related discipline.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to achieve outcomes within agreed timeframes and under time pressures. Exceptional multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
  • An understanding of the project management lifecycle and ability to track and report against milestones in a professional and consultative manner.
  • Demonstrable ability to deliver work assignments/projects on time and to agreed requirements.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Financial management and KPI reporting experience.
  • Ability to work both independently but also within a collaborative team environment.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • A capacity to operate in a rapidly changing environment.
