Business Development Manager
Summary
The business development manager (BDM) is the first point of contact a new potential for client s/he will be responsible for managing current business.
Responsibilities
· Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
· Oversee the management of all assets owned or rendered by the trust.
· Promote and implement usage of Trust’s assets such as building and ground to ensure efficient utilization of the same.
· Responsible in realizing subscription dues and other monies in any legal manner as deemed fit.
· Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
· Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
· Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
· Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
· Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
· Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
· Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
· Produce revenue report to be shared to Board's Chairman.
Education and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
Requirements
· Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
· Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
· Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
· Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
· Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
