Summary

We are looking for a stellar Area Sales Supervisor who will be leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives

Responsibilities

  • Setting sales targets for individual reps and sales team as a whole.
  • Revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.
  • Recruiting and training sales staff.
  • Generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
  • Organize and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules.
  • Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services.
  • Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
  • Supervise accounts receivables team in collecting balances.

Education and Qualifications

  • Minimum; Diploma in Business Administration or similar related field
  • 4 years in sales

Requirements

  • Demonstrated and proven sales results
  • At least one (1) year team leadership experience
  • Establishment and strengthening of pre-order system
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market
  • Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Added advantage if you have worked in the FMCG industry and possess order management skills
