Area Sales Supervisor
Summary
We are looking for a stellar Area Sales Supervisor who will be leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives
Responsibilities
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and sales team as a whole.
- Revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.
- Recruiting and training sales staff.
- Generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
- Organize and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules.
- Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services.
- Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
- Supervise accounts receivables team in collecting balances.
Education and Qualifications
- Minimum; Diploma in Business Administration or similar related field
- 4 years in sales
Requirements
- Demonstrated and proven sales results
- At least one (1) year team leadership experience
- Establishment and strengthening of pre-order system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market
- Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Added advantage if you have worked in the FMCG industry and possess order management skills
